Free Site Survey
Before we come to your property and meet in person, we will have already began the process of exchanging ideas and will have provided you with a basic proposal.
Once you have had time to review the initial design and the proposed cost of your new annexe, and you are happy to progress, we will then arrange to carry out a free site survey.
The site survey allows our friendly, knowledgeable consultants to assess your garden. We will take measurements, check levels, locate services, look at accessibility, study the existing environment and identify potential challenges.
A site survey is a great opportunity for your designer to spend part of this time learning more about what you want from your new home. They will discuss the best position and any other factors that could influence the successful outcome of your annexe.

Planning permission is all about the appearance, size and usage of the building. It is a requirement in current Planning Law that all buildings which are used for overnight accommodation must have planning consent.
