We are a family business and have been a leading name in this industry for 16 years. From the outset, your building is designed to be a durable, reliable, and efficient structure. All our buildings go through a rigorous Structural Engineering check and are signed off by experienced professionals. The building is created using some of the best materials available in the construction industry – the very same materials that are used in houses and major commercial projects. You can read more about this on our Materials section. These are permanent structures.
The construction process is monitored and subsequently signed off by qualified Building Control inspectors – giving you the independent assurance of conformity to all the required Building Regulations. You can read more about this in the Planning and Building Regulation section. This is exactly the same process as if you were buying a new house, or having a major extension added…there are no compromises.
Once completed, Swift your building will benefit from our 10-year structural warranty, covering all the key elements of your new building. This includes:
- The foundations / footings for the structure
- The SIP floor
- The SIP walls
- The SIP roof
- Doors and windows
- Roof covering (if an EPDM-covered flat roof, then this benefits from a 20 year materials warranty)
In addition, all the other elements have at least a 12 month warranty, with many having longer manufacturers warranties – such as lights, flooring, etc.
For further peace of mind, you have the option of having this warranty backed by an insurance policy to cover against the unlikely instance of Swift ceasing to trade through insolvency. We will provide you with all the details that you need to make your well-informed, decision.
