This stunning garden annexe is a beautiful example of a Swift bespoke design!
Our client had a very specific space they wanted their building to fit into – shadowing a critical retaining wall in this beautiful, tiered garden. Our talented design team came up with a clever ‘tetris’-like shape that fits into the available space perfectly!
The generously sized 57.5 square meter building consists of three rooms and an en-suite shower/WC.

The bespoke, central L-shaped room is being utilised as an art and craft hobby room, fitted with a sink for clean-up and cupboards for storage. This workshop has its own separate entrance through sliding doors. The flexibility of this space would easily allow this room to be used as a home office/study/guest room.
With the optimum view over the beautiful garden and countryside, the room next doorworks perfectly as the kitchen/lounge area. With bifold doors creating a glazed corner and air conditioning, this space is something special.
An en-suite shower room is conveniently placed off this family room. Directly behind this is a tool store with outside access. As you can see, no compromises here!
