Being a truly bespoke company, we are able to approach your new home as a blank canvas and we can begin working on your design based around the elements that are most important to you, rather than adapting a predesigned building to hopefully meet your needs.

In some instances, a client may approach us with an already clear idea of what they need/want from their new home, they may even have a vision on how it should look. Others may need assistance and guidance to be able to start the process.
Our skilled designers will quickly be able to gauge what level of design help you needs hope to get and work with you accordingly. We will help you translate what you need and want from a building into a beautiful new home you aspire to own.

After you have chatted to our designers and they have a ‘feel’ for what are looking for, including the approximate size and budget you have available, they will begin working on your INITIAL DESIGN & COST
We appreciate that each annexe may take some nurturing in terms of design and budget. This is just the beginning of this process.
Once this design stage is underway, we will visit your property to conduct your free site survey and make all the necessary measurements and checks to enable us to work more intricately on the design of your new home. Our designers will then endeavour to provide you with your FINAL DESIGN & PROPOSAL.

- Creative cladding gives you the opportunity to really make your annexe unique to you. Examples such as stone, slate, powder-coated steel, coloured tiles, “green” vegetation walls, coloured glass, mosaic, etc. can really make a statement.
- Bespoke glazing features: Over-sized panorama windows and glazed curtain walls, Up and Over window and skylight combination, Expansive roof lights Pillar-less doors which open the whole corner of your garden room, dramatic blind systems, specially commissioned Glass Art, etc.
